New Dealer Concept by Mubea U-Mobility: Successful Launch in Munich

With a new sales and dealer concept, Mubea U-Mobility is taking an important step toward even greater customer proximity. The goal is to bring eCargo Bike solutions to where they are needed in urban environments: directly to customers in Germany’s major cities.

The focus is on a clear objective: to provide interested customers with easy access to the products – without long waiting times for appointments. Instead, the emphasis is on direct product experiences on site. Customers have the opportunity to receive comprehensive information, test the vehicles themselves during test rides, and benefit from individual technical and economic consulting.

Building a Strong Partner Network

To implement this approach sustainably, Mubea U-Mobility is currently building a network of local contacts in major German cities. This dealer network is intended not only to increase product availability, but also to ensure personal and practical support on site. Further locations are already being planned and will be announced in the near future.

Opening of the First Location at the Radlogistik-Hub Munich

An important first milestone has now been reached in Munich: together with sales partner Konrad Martin, the B2B Lastenrad Zentrum was opened at the Radlogistik-Hub in the former "parcel post hall" on June 10, 2026.

This location marks the official start of the new dealer concept. Konrad Martin is the first partner within this model and plays a key role in building Mubea U-Mobility’s local presence in southern Germany.

Strong Start with Relevant Stakeholders

The opening event brought together around 25 participants from industry, logistics and public administration. The exchange was shaped by practical insights, concrete use cases and strong interest in sustainable transport solutions for the last mile. In particular, the direct dialogue between manufacturers, potential customers and public stakeholders underlines the growing importance of cargobikes for urban logistics.

Outlook

With the launch in Munich, Mubea U-Mobility is laying the foundation for the further expansion of its dealer network in Germany. The concept aims to redefine customer proximity and make sustainable mobility solutions in urban areas faster, easier and more tangible.

The coming months will focus on scaling the concept: further locations in major German cities will follow in order to make the offering widely accessible and actively drive the transition toward more efficient, low-emission logistics solutions.
