Yes, the cargo bike is designed for comfortable and back-friendly use in everyday work. Easy entry and exit, an upright seating position and simple operation support an ergonomic riding experience. In addition, the electric cargo bike can be adapted to different body sizes and rider needs, providing more comfort, health and riding enjoyment in daily use.

Yes, it has an electric reverse gear. Warning light, reversing light and acoustic signal alert other road users to the manoeuvring process. In manoeuvring mode, you can pedal comfortably both forwards and backwards, making it easy to move quickly into any parking space. This makes parking and manoeuvring safer and easier.

The statutory warranty of 12 months applies for commercial customers.

With double wishbone axles, spring-damper units and stabilisers, we have created a high level of comfort for the rider. At the same time, the chassis also protects the cargo bike’s components by absorbing shocks.

You can park the Mubea cargo bike like any other cargo bike or bicycle. The aim is for cities to create dedicated parking spaces for cargo bikes in the future. In theory, one car parking space is sufficient for three cargo bikes.

The cargo bike is equipped with double parking protection: an RFID system with quick-lock function and an electronic parking brake. This protects the electric cargo bike against unintentional rolling.

The cargo bike’s four wheels provide increased driving stability. The rims specially developed in our Mubea automotive division, together with a high-quality braking and lighting system including indicators, also ensure increased visibility in road traffic. In addition, a warning signal when manoeuvring, weather protection for the rider and a vehicle design optimised for elk-test performance support safe everyday use. Compliance with relevant standards also contributes to further improving vehicle safety.

The Mubea eCargo Bike can be used without a driving licence, is city-friendly and low-emission. It can be used flexibly in urban areas, helps avoid traffic jams and can be parked in a space-saving way directly at the place of use. 
It also performs convincingly in terms of CO₂ emissions: while a small van produces around 285 g of CO₂ per kilometre travelled per person according to the comparison, the Mubea eCargo Bike produces only around 12 g of CO₂. On inner-city routes, it therefore causes only a fraction of the emissions of a conventional van.

The range is up to 25 kilometres, depending on the route, assistance level, body, application and load. With a second battery, the range increases to up to 50 kilometres.

The Mubea eCargo Bike is built for daily professional use. Robust components, high driving stability and a practical vehicle design ensure reliable operation in everyday work. In addition, selected service partners and the Mubea U-Mobility team in Attendorn ensure service support.

The battery can be easily charged from a standard power socket. Thanks to the removable battery system, handling is straightforward: the batteries can be removed and charged separately.

A full charging cycle takes approximately six hours. The battery capacity is 1,440 Wh.

High operational availability is supported by selected local service partners, including in Munich, North Rhine-Westphalia and Leipzig. In addition, Mubea U-Mobility offers manufacturer service: following the “Flying Doctors” principle, our experienced service teams from Attendorn can provide short-term support when needed.

You can check the charge level at any time via the dashboard or directly on the battery, so you will not be surprised by an empty battery. For greater range, we offer an optional second battery. In an emergency, the cargo bike can also be pedalled or manoeuvred without electric assistance.

Our cargobike offers ideal conditions for larger fleets. Thanks to Mubea U-Mobility's automotive expertise, in-house production and service capabilities, as well as a strong service network, we can reliably support even large-scale fleet projects. 

With a climbing capability of up to 18%, our eCargo Bike is particularly strong on gradients and can handle any standard multi-storey car park ramp — even fully loaded. An additional boost mode for uphill riding ensures that no one has to break a sweat. This keeps you moving uphill with ease in every riding situation.

Mubea combines many years of experience from the automotive industry with the requirements of modern eCargo Bike mobility. This means, among other things, robust construction, high-quality components and a well-thought-out safety concept with braking and lighting systems, indicators, hazard warning lights, reversing warning, electric parking brake and a protected driver cabin. In addition, our eCargo Bike are extensively tested and validated — from technical design, load and functional testing through to real-world trials.

Yes, the cargo bike has regenerative braking. Coaster brake and recuperation are combined. When pedalling backwards, the intelligent motor control switches to energy recovery and initiates a gentle braking process. This means less wear on the hydraulic brake and greater range for you and your Mubea eCargo Bike.

The basis of the Mubea U-Mobility eCargo Bike is a lightweight and robust frame made of durable aluminium, featuring double wishbone axles at the front and a rigid rear axle with spring-damper units and stabilisers. Depending on the application and business requirements, you can choose between different versions: PACK, CIVIO or BASE.

The cargo bike is equipped with a serial drivetrain. This means, in particular, a powerful motor and no chain. The advantage is that the vehicle has fewer components requiring maintenance. The result: less wear, reduced service costs and more performance.
